DNPA want us to put a pole barn over the new cabins and we think it's a good idea - it will make it look good and protect the cabins giving them a longer life. The downside is a) we have to raise the money for the building and b) we have to take down our 2nd storey cabin which is the PJ office. We have very limited space on site and so we are at a bit of a loss to know where to house our office. It occurs to me now writing this that it doesn't have to be on site. we have a need of a place to store our files and archive if anyone has any space they could offer????

For sure you can still find for a new space for your files. You don't have to destroy or break anything from what is there already because there are still many ways that you can save your files.

My grandfather was Edward Allen Blasdale, Known as Allen, born 1895. Must be related to the grandfather of one of your other correspondants same unusual spelling of the christian name. My father was an only child (as far as we know!)so it can't be the same man.I have put together a rough family tree of what i can find of our branch for the last4 generations and would be interested to see if it slots in with anyone elses. Music seems to feature quite a lot my great great grandfather Arthur was a composer, and other members v musical. have others found this? Katie BlasdalenewcastleUKPosted Saturday, October 2 2004
