I am writing to support Proper Job’s planning application and do not think DNPA should restrict reuse sales at Proper Job’s site. I would like local reuse facilities at Proper Job to take my reusable items for bring and buy purposes because it:
makes Chagford a better, happier, more fun and healthier community place to live!
Spend a happy Sunday afternoon at the Courtyard Café in Chagford and learn how to make wonderful bread. This course is right for you if you have never made bread before or if you make your own bread and would like some new recipes and inspiration. Bread tasting and tea included and you take home two loaves of bread…
The course runs from 2pm to 5.30pm on Sunday 16th January 2011 and costs £25 (all ingredients included). To book call the Courtyard on 01647 432571 or drop in and book over tea and a delicious cake! Children welcome with an adult (£15 per child).
Some of you may have been inconvenienced by the closure of the site on wednesday 28th July. This was because of new Portacabins being delivered. When this are kitted out we will have much bigger spaces for sales areas, especially clothes and books, films and music.
Proper Job will be at Bovey Contemporary Craft Fair this year, from the 11th to the 13th of June.
Taking place at Mills Marsh Park in Bovey Tracey, the Fair will be a weekend of delights, with workshops, demonstrations, and the opportunity to buy from buy direct from 165 of the U.Ks finest designers. There will be live music, free parking, children's entertainment, and fantastic food available. Come along to explore, and don't forget to pay a visit to the Proper Job stall!
